Jew’els of Spain is based in the state of California in the United States, and operates in compliance with the United States and California laws. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the state and federal courts, in each case, located in the City of Los Angeles, California, in the United States of America; if federal jurisdiction exists and, if no federal jurisdiction exists, the state courts of the State of California, Los Angeles County.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you do not reside in the United States, Jew’els of Spain retains the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your place of residence or any other relevant town or city, county, and country.
